Drop Off Menu

When we do a drop off menu we will deliver, set up. The delivery charge is based on the distance traveled. There is also a disposable chafing dish charge of $16.00 per pan which includes the stand, two sternos, water pan and serving utensil for each hot dish supplied.

Waiter Served

When we do waiter service, waiter will arrive, set up, serve, then clean up buffet. This will include our stainless steel chafing dishes, sternos and serving utensils.

Formal Set Up

Number of staff based on number of guests, type of service, stainless steel chafing dishes, serving utensils, set up serve, clean up clear tables Service Charge of 22% for most Functions will cover the cost of Staff
